Gary Moore and John Cruz - the eavesdroppers of every Rock fan with guitar affinity immediately stand up when he hears these legendary names! Therefore we are particularly pleased that it was once again possible for us to find a specimen of the iconic Stratocaster par excellence. And that in nearly unplayed condition and of course with all case candies. In meticulous handwork John Cruz has built an exact replica of Gray Moore's legendary 1961 Fiesta Red Strat. Extremely limited and of course long sold out, this Strat is now one of the most sought-after and rarest collector's models. Every single playing mark, every quirk, every abrasion of the original, which was stolen in 1984 and disappeared for a short time, was faithfully recreated to replicate the look of the main instrument of the guitar hero who sadly passed away much too early. To create the original sound as well John Cruz used "Bonetone"-designed, handwound Josefina Campos pickups and they rock! In addition, the guitar received a historically correct 10" radius, which finds its cause in the multiple fretting required on the original. A very successful homage to the great master Gary Moore and not only as a collector's item, but also as a player first choice. The fact that in the meantime also masterbuilder John Cruz has left the Fender Custom Shop, increases the rarity value of this irretrievable masterpiece of course only more. You can write an e-mail or give us call to anytime and we will find a suitable date. It doesn't matter if you want to try the instruments in a loud Live situation in our soundproofed rooms or in our own little recording studio – everything is possible to find your dream guitar.
Important: For security reasons we don´t have all guitars in our house but we can bring them here very fast – even on short terms.
