Already at the rather strong "69 U" neck profile you notice that you can grab here a little harder. Fits great even in smaller hands, but with the great feeling of gripping a neck with real mass. If you turn on the amp, you also notice sound-wise where the journey goes here. The Handwound 69 pickups shine with tight bass, powerful mids, and a natural compression that makes them more suitable clean for blasting funk riffs than warm blues when played clean. With distortion, you get power chords so rich that you only want to play hard rock riffs and screaming solos with these singlecoils.
