For all fans of late-sixties Strats, here is a fantastic teambuild that simply takes your shoes off, both visually and as a player. Fantastic "3-Tone Sunburst" covered with a world-class aging that can hardly be surpassed in terms of authenticity. When you first open the case, you're really convinced you're dealing with a real old one. It's absolutely believable how the yellowish primer comes through on the upper edge of the body - that's exactly what vintage Strats look like! The attractive complexion of the maple neck and the large headstock match like a glove. And the lacquered back of the neck in combination with the medium neck profile, 9.5" fingerboard radius and 6105 frets immediately makes you want to start playing. Even when played dry, you can tell that the guitar has exceptionally good vibration behavior and sustain. When amplified, the retrofitted Kloppmann 60 ST pickups reveal their full potential. The sound of the guitar is wonderfully smacky, bell-like and juicy, yet with plenty of snap and attack - it really leaves nothing to be desired! In addition to the pickups the previous owner also replaced the pickguard. Otherwise this fascinating Stratocaster comes in original top condition with only minimal traces of play on the first frets.
