What a fantastic finish! Masterbuilder Carlos Lopez has opted for the “Deluxe Closet Classic” finish here, which he interprets in his very own way. Although there are no major flaws in the finish on this Strat, depending on the perspective you can see countless hairline cracks that run across the surface and give the Stratocaster the super authentic look of an extremely well-kept vintage guitar. Masterfully executed! The attractive “Aged Cadillac Green” finish, refined with a faux tortoise pickguard, is also visually stunning. The sound and playability of the guitar are a brilliant match for this great appearance. Already extremely percussive and rich in sustain when played dry, the three handwound “Fat 50's” single oils present their full potential on the amp: brilliant, clear with the perfect amount of twang, yet without harsh highs and with enough belly. Blues, Rock, Pop or Funk? This Stratocaster delivers all the classic Strat sounds in the best manner and with plenty of character. The same applies to the playing characteristics with Carlos combining a 12'' fingerboard radius with the popular “10/56 V” neck profile and the excellent Medium/Jumbo frets to create a perfect overall package. All in all, an absolute dream Strat that can offer something very special in all aspects and comes to its future owner in top condition.
