With this Heavy Relic 61 Strat in Heavily Aged Firemist Silver over 3 Tone Sunburst, Dale Wilson simply sets new standards in terms of aging a guitar. For me a magnificent work of art, not only visually, but also sound and playability concerning the absolute upper class. You can't get enough of the thousands of details on this guitar. You simply have to see it in real life. If one takes the guitar in the hand comes immediately the next WOW-effect! The AAA flame neck with no lacquer on the back not only looks incredible, but also feels like it has been played for 30 years. 9.5" radius, 6105 Narrow Tall frets and a medium 65 Strat C profile provide the most modern playing feel. Even dry played, this guitar promises a lot with its above average vibration response and balance. At the amp you really have the feeling of holding a real old vintage Strat in your hand, and I would even go so far as to say that you first have to find a real old one that sounds this good. This is also due to the Handwound Josefina Fat 60's pickups. Full sound, balanced, bell-like tone with enough mids and that slight compression that actually only comes after quite a few years of intensive playing. All around an absolute masterpiece to which one can congratulate the new owner already now. The guitar is in mint condition.
