Fender Stratocaster 61 Heavy Relic Masterbuilt Dale Wilson "The Pinup" (2021)

This ultra-rare Dale Wilson "The Pinup" 61 Strat was specially built by Dale Wilson for Musikhaus Hermann. It took exactly 5 years until the guitar was delivered after order and now the delivery times for such a guitar are already at 6 years. However, Dale Wilson is currently no longer accepting orders and in the future no more pinup guitars will be made in the Fender Custom Shop. It is really incredible what kind of instrument Dale Wilson has built. From the aging to the sound to the playability, absolute reference class. The aging and the finish can really be called a work of art: Heavy Relic Olympic White over 3-Tone Sunburst.... Every aging trace is extremely authentic and you really have the feeling of holding a real old Strat in your hand. The neck also feels like it has been played for 50 years. Fits great in the hand with the slightly beefier 60 style oval-c shape and the comfortable 6105 narrow-tall frets. The pickups used are three Handwound M.D. (Master designed) Limited pickups. And they, together with the top-notch vibration behavior, conjure up the classic vintage Strat sounds in top form. Nice and belly, round and with a great tone. Super response. With this unique "The Pinup" Strat Dale Wilson once again clearly shows how high the bar can be. Who wants to secure such a rarity, certainly not available much longer, can look forward to a top Strat in absolutely mint condition. Also included is a signed autograph from Dale Wilson.
