Kyle McMillin belongs to the younger generation of masterbuilders. Before he got the venerable title, he had already worked at Fender for 15 years and was then trained by Senior Masterbuilder Yuriy Shishkov. So far, we've been thrilled with every guitar he's made - and this Dakota Red gem is no exception! When you pick it up and start playing, the first thing you notice is the fantastic playing comfort. A glance at the spec sheet reveals that Kyle has opted for the most modern specifications here: "Modern C" profile, 7.25"-9.5" compound radius and 6105 jumbo frets. No wonder it just slides! Handwound 60s singlecoils were used as pickups, which together with the resonant, woody basic character of the guitar provide a fantastic Bell Tone. Round and warm, but also crisp and defined: this is how you imagine a 60s Rosewood Strat! Together with the ideal weight of 3.3 kg really a dream player in fancy look, which we can offer you in top condition.
