Vincent van Trigt, probably the most fascinating masterbuilder at the moment when it comes to relicing authenticity and attention to detail! This is also the case with this '59 Strat with the extremely rare finish in "Chocolate 3-Tone Sunburst" and a fantastic heavy relicing. It's sensational how true to life Vincent captured the vintage patina of this Strat. The scuffed and partly matted 3-Tone Sunburst with a significant amount of red is perfectly captured here and with the aging van Trigt shows why he has become the absolute shooting star of the Fender Custom Shop with waiting times of over 10 (!) years. Of course the paint-free areas are located at all the characteristic points that are in constant contact with the guitarist's body or are affected by the most vigorous use of the pick. This look not only looks good, but also has the best feel and in conjunction with the "59 Esquire C" neck profile, 9.5" fingerboard radius and the proven Narrow/Tall frets results in a phenomenal playing experience. The sound of this guitar is convincing across the board with its extremely percussive and sustain-rich basic character, which the three handwound "57 Strat" singlecoils transfer perfectly to the amp: brilliant, clear, earthy, expressive with lots of smack, super bell-like and warm with an excellent attack When it comes to van Trigt instruments you're dealing with a fabulous masterpiece from the headstock to the strap pin, which is why it's so difficult to get hold of one of his top guitars. So you probably shouldn't wait too long to hit the trigger on this awesome Strat that we're presenting to you in a "unofficial" SRV-Look and in mint condition.
