With this 57 Strat, which was built especially for the Namm Show 2007, Fender combines classic look and sound with modern playability. The aging is very detailed and intense. Also the 2-tone sunburst is very well done, simply a hammer look. Assorted lightweight ash body. The neck is also old-fashioned, the fretboard has a lot of ageing traces and on the backside no varnish at all. Modern playing features: 9.5" radius and 6105 frets. The pickup combination was also hit the bull's eye here. 69's on the neck for pure Bell-Tone, Fat 50's in the middle and Texas Special on the bridge to rock out. As mentioned in the body and spec sheet, thin skin lacquering was used here, which has an additional effect on the already above average vibration behaviour. All further details can be found in the attached Spec Sheet. The Strat is in top condition and the frets are as good as new.
