There are guitars that you pick up, immediately feel comfortable and don't want to stop playing. This black '57 Strat with a phenomenal aged finish is exactly one of these guitars. Perfectly heavy-reliced with the playing marks exactly where they belong. The neck with its slightly stronger “Large 50's C” profile, Medium/Jumbo frets and 9.5” fretboard radius sits perfectly in the hand and feels like a really comfortable sneaker with its lacquer-free back. Basically it has to be said that the overall feel of this guitar is very similar to a real, old Strat. And the positive impression also continues in the sound. The enormously resonant basic character of the guitar is transmitted to the amp in the very best way by the “Handwound Abigails”. The sound is very fat and round, ...perfect for all Blues and Rock players! Lots of smack and yet the typical sparkle of a 50's Stratocaster is never lost. Fantastic bell-tone and all pickup positions sound beautifully balanced and harmonize perfectly. Here we have a real soundmighty top Strat at a top price and furthermore, the whole thing is also superbly played in and swung in. We are therefore delighted to be able to offer you this top player except for slight playing traces on the first frets in top condition.
