Classic look in a noble black finish, refined by an extremely authentic heavy relicing with countless hairline cracks as well as minor and major flaws. Matching the wonderfully aged plastic parts and the lacquer-free back of the neck. Sorted alder body, "69 Strat" pickups on the neck and in the middle with a fascinating pearly, bell-like tone. But the very special thing about this Strat is that the previous owner upgraded the bridge pickup to a Seymour Duncan SSL-5, the bridge pickup from David Gilmour's signature Strat. The resulting Gilmour sounds will not only enchant fans of Pink Floyd. "Comfortably Numb" and "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" just flow out of your fingers as the playability of this guitar is also first-class thanks to the pleasant "Large C" neck profile, 9.5'' fretboard radius and the proven 6105 frets. It's hardly surprising that this gem has been played a lot and with pleasure, which is reflected in the one or other minor sign of use. However, the frets are in top condition and will provide the future owner with many years of great playing pleasure.
