With this Strat I had to think of Mark Knopfler. Classic 56 Strat in Fiesta Red by masterbuilder Todd Krause. The Relicing is, as usually with Todd Krause rather discreetly, but very realistic and authentic. He has hit the old Fiesta Red very well here. The body is a sorted lightweight ash body, the maple neck has a 10/56 V-shape, whereby the V here has turned out really discreet. Optimal for friends of rather beefy necks. 9.5" radius and 6105 frets for modern playing comfort. The Handwound Fat 50s pickups provide the classic, pearly, bell-like sound that immediately reminds me of Mark Knopfler. After the previous owner replaced the one-piece white pickguard with a three-piece green guard, which you can also see in the video, the original is now mounted again. The replacement comes with the guitar. The guitar is in very good condition, only the case shows some signs of use.
