No matter which guitar by John Cruz you play, you don't want to put it down. It's incredible what a feel-good factor John has managed with just about every instrument he's made! This '55 Relic from 2016 is no exception. While the neck isn't too slim with its 10/56-V profile, it comes with a modern 9'5" radius and 6105 frets, making it play just creamy. Perfect blend for those who like to hold something in their hand, but still don't want to get a cramp while playing. But the final catapult into John Cruz nirvana is the sound, which is composed of the super-resonant basic character of the guitar and the Handwound 60s singlecoils with Reverse Wound/Reverse Polarity middle pickup. Class tone with a lot of warmth, but through the Mapleneck also so percussive that you get all the typical 50s Strat sounds par excellence. In addition, there is the typical Cruz relicing, which looks particularly cool on this guitar, as we find. We are happy to offer you this great allround strat in top condition!
