Fantastic 1960 Les Paul from the 2018 Historic series. This 2018 Historic Collection was the further development of the True Historic series. What has remained are the glue joints with historically correct hot glue, the selected tonewoods and the authentic hardware and plastic parts, as well as the Custombuckers. In 2018, new colour finishes, new frets and new neck profiles were added. Here we have a tasteful Royal Tea Burst on a very nice grained top. The new 60's profile is somewhere between the thick 58/59 necks and the Slim Taper profile. Perfect for those who find the 58/59 profiles too strong, but the typical Slim Taper too flat. Besides the top look we also have a top sound here. The tried and tested Custom Buckers together with the best tone woods produce the classic Les Paul sound at its best. The guitar weighs only 3750 grams and is very resonant even when unplugged. When amplified, it smacks beautifully, very dynamic and reacts very well to touch and and the volume pot. Simply a great Les Paul, which is really fun to play. Mint condition.
