This '62 Custom Ultimate Relic Tele was built as a Dealer Select series in a very small edition. And it is in no way inferior to a Masterbuilt! Super-Aging, very authentic, featherweight with 3070 grams, 9,5" radius, medium jumbo frets, Nitro finish Heavy Aged, Quartersawn Neck, 63 Custom Shop Tele Pickups. Great medium neck, just the right profile. Incredibly resonant, really sounds like it's been played for 20 years. The neck pickup is better than many top Strats when it comes to bluesy vintage sounds. The bridge pickup was exchanged by the previous owner for a Seymour Duncan Jeff Beck Junior to be able to rock out with the guitar. Amazing how harmonic and bell-like the intermediate position of the two pickups is. Really a pleasure from clean to grunge. The original pickup is included and can of course be reinstalled at any time. Optically and sonically really a highlight and due to the extremely small number of pieces very stable in value. The guitar is as good as new and comes with all case candies, hangtags and certificate.
