With this CC#7 Shanks, two things meet each other. Firstly, it is virtually untouched with all hangtags, certificate, original invoice and original box and secondly, it is simply a top Les Paul for those who don't want to compromise on sound and playability. This shows once again why the CC Series was so successful. Super differentiated, great tone, smacks right, dynamics at its best and resonates superbly when played unplugged. The neck pickup it is open and without any mud and at the bridge simply rocks hard. Due to the great dynamics you can work with the sound here. Although it is a 1960 LP, it has no Slim Taper Neck. I'd say we have a slightly slimmer '59 neck here, which has the optimal profile for me. The aging here is great. Super authentic and with lots of dings, dongs and play wear. The guitar is absolutely new and the frets have no signs of playing.
