Panucci guitars have become a real hype, and rightly so. Here you get sound and playability that you usually only get with competing guitars, which sometimes cost twice as much. Here we have also a 59 Inspired in the noblest version: the body is made of Honduras mahogany, the "Super Top" top comes with fabulous grain and the fingerboard is made of Brazilian Rosewood (incl. CITES). The pickups are the in-house Panucci 59s, which emphasize the treble more than the famous competition from Nashville. This is really incredibly close to the old PAFs. In addition, the guitar just sounds insanely woody and three-dimensional - a real joy, whether clean or distorted. The neck also nails the feel of a '59 Burst with its medium profile. Thanks to the perfectly aligned frets, the 59 Inspired plays so buttery smooth that you even have to find a vintage original that comes close. The cherry on top is the dream weight of exactly 3.7 kg. The only downside of Panucci's is that not even 30 are built per year. Therefore, it is time to strike when the opportunity arises!
