Fender Stratocaster 59 Heavy Relic Masterbuilt Vincent van Trigt (2022)

That is also the case with this Stratocaster, which is a wonderfully felicitous bravura piece that is fascinating across the board, especially when it comes to aging. The fabulous finish in yellowed-yellowish "Olympic White" with countless hairline cracks, larger and smaller flaws, considerable paint abrasion and artificially "dirty" areas gives the guitar a phenomenal vintage patina. Finished with a rust-colored tortoise pickguard, the deep dark rosewood fingerboard and gold-tone hardware, this Stratocaster has a unique look and is also at the very highest level in terms of sound and playability. The beautiful AA flamed neck sits in the hand as if it had been played for 30 years and the guitar resonates as if it had been on the road for just as long. The "60 Style Oval C" neck profile, 9.5'' fingerboard radius and Vintage Upgrade frets ensure the very best playability. In terms of sound Vincent uses "Handwound Fat 50's" for earthy, expressive sounds, ideal for the perfect Blues sound. Lots of smack, very bell-like and warm with a great attack. You are immediately reminded of the typical John Mayer sound.
